We are currently installing services in the Kilgore and HWY-59 zones in Van Buren area. Due to weather events and connectivity delays, the wait for installation has been longer than the proposed 60-90 days for members who signed up in May.
- Members who have already signed up in Kilgore will be installed in the next 30 days.
- HWY-59 will be in the next 60 days.
- All new signups will be installed after the first “Wave”.
We receive frequent messages and calls about when certain members will be ready for ordering or installation. If your area is ready for ordering the bundle-builder will be available on signup.waveruralconnect.com, and you will see an information kit arrive in the mail. If you have ordered, the office will contact you as soon as we are ready to begin installation to your home.
